Scope

本文件通过概述矿井设备、防护系统和元件的设计和制造的基本原则和方法,规定了采矿工业的爆炸预防和防护的方法。
本文件适用于拟用在矿山井下部分和存在瓦斯和/或可燃性粉尘危险的地面装置部分的Ⅰ类设备、防护系统和元件。
注: 关于特定设备、防护系统和元件的详细信息由相应的专业标准规定。防爆措施的设计和实现,需要可燃性物质(材料)和爆炸性环境的相关安全数据。
本文件规定了对可能导致爆炸的危险情况识别和评定的方法,以及与安全要求相适应的设计和结构措施,通过以下方面实现:
——风险评定;
——风险降低。
设备、防护系统和元件的安全,可通过消除危险和/或限定风险来实现,即采取下列方式:
a)适当的设计(无安全防护装置);
b)安全防护装置;
c)使用信息;
d)任何其他预防措施。
与a)(预防)相应的防爆措施和与b)(防护)相应的防爆措施在本文件第6章中涉及,与c)相应的防爆措施在本文件第7章中涉及。与d)相应的防爆措施在本文件中未涉及。它们在GB/T 15706(在GB/T 15706—2012中为第6章)中涉及。
本文件中规定的预防和保护措施不提供所要求的保护等级,除非设备、防护系统和元件在其预期使用的范围内运行,并且按照相应的操作规程或要求进行安装和维护。
本文件适用于任何拟用于潜在爆炸性环境的设备、防护系统和元件。这些环境可能由设备、防护系统和元件处理、使用或释放的可燃性物质造成,或由设备、防护系统和元件周围的可燃性物质和/或设备、防护系统和元件的构成材料造成。
由于爆破能释放潜在爆炸性环境,本文件也适用于爆破设备,但炸药和雷管除外。
本文件适用于各个使用阶段的设备、防护系统和元件。
