Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the environmental conditions of sugar production enterprises, the layout of the factory area, equipment and facilities, air and water supply, raw material procurement and storage, control of the production process, control of cross-contamination, pest control, protection against external hazards, cleaning and disinfection, quality management, storage of finished products, management of reworked products, waste treatment, personnel hygiene requirements, documents and records, complaint handling, product recall, and product information and promotional guidance.
This standard applies to the design, construction, renovation, production management, and technical management of sugar production enterprises.
