本标准规定了三相电力变压器的能效限定值、能效等级和试验方法。
本标准适用于三相10 kV电压等级、无励磁调压、额定容量30 kVA～2 500 kVA的油浸式配电变压器和额定容量30 kVA～2 500 kVA的干式配电变压器，额定频率为50 Hz、电压等级为35 kV～500 kV、额定容量为3 150 kVA及以上的三相油浸式电力变压器。
本标准不适用于充气式变压器、高阻抗变压器。
