Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Shede Baijiu, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to the Shede series of baijiu that have been approved for protection by the national administrative departments of quality supervision, inspection, and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
