Scope
This section outlines the various methods specified in the GB/T 21868 series of standards for evaluating the dispersibility of pigments and extender pigments in specific paint base systems. The evaluation methods for dispersibility are specified in GB/T 21867. Various dispersion methods can be used to compare the dispersibility of similar pigments (such as test pigments and agreed reference pigments). As long as the dispersion conditions of the test are appropriate, the test results can be used as a reference for the dispersibility of the pigments obtained under production conditions.
