Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for determining the residual levels of hormones in animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the confirmation and quantitative determination of 50 types of hormones (see Appendix A) in animal-derived foods such as pork, pork liver, eggs, milk, beef, chicken, and shrimp.
