Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) for coated aluminum and aluminum alloy strips used in electrical components. This standard applies to aluminum and aluminum alloy polyurethane roll-coated strips (hereinafter referred to as coated strips) used for packaging electronic and electrical devices such as solid capacitors, liquid capacitors, chip capacitors, film capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, and lithium batteries.
