Scope

本文件规定了装有非导电（绝缘)部件的移动式升降工作平台（以下简称“MEWP”)的设计、计算、安全要求和试验方法。本文件与GB/T 25849配套使用。
本文件适用于装有非导电（绝缘)部件的所有类型和规格的MEWP，包括设计和试验都满足与制造商铭牌一致的特定电气性能的绝缘部件。此类MEWP预定用于运送人员、工具和设备至工作位置，以便在绝缘臂段上方的工作平台上进行作业。
本文件包括结构设计计算、稳定性准则的应用、制造及装有非导电（绝缘)部件的MEWP首次使用前所进行的安全检查和试验。附录A确定了使用装有非导电（绝缘)部件的MEWP的各种危险，并提出了消除或减小这些危险的办法。
本文件涉及的MEWP的任一部件均不与电气设备的带电部分接触。在工作平台端非导电臂段上方发生意外触碰时，MEWP非导电（绝缘)部件的电气性能能够提供电气防护。如果MEWP装有底盘绝缘系统，在该系统上方发生意外触碰时，该系统能为地面人员提供电气防护。
本文件不适用于设计用于或可带电作业的MEWP（见GB/T 9465)。电绝缘等级受配电线路工作电压（35 kV及以下)的限制。
