Scope

This part of GB/T 5169 provides the general characteristics of small-scale test flames and related confirmation tests based on copper block calorimetry, and establishes theoretical models of relevant kinetics. It provides guidance for the selection of key parameters in the design of confirmation tests and establishes a theoretical basis for determining other performance parameters of confirmation tests, enabling an accurate and absolute mathematical description of the heating curves of confirmation tests.
