Scope
This part of GB/T 33463 specifies the terms and definitions, media requirements, system requirements, material and equipment requirements, operation, maintenance and monitoring, and inspection methods for low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination systems in the steel industry. This part is applicable to the steel industry, which uses low-parameter steam to produce fresh water through low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater desalination systems. Other industries can also refer to it for implementation. It is also applicable to the low-temperature multi-effect distillation seawater reverse osmosis coupling system (MEDSWRO) in which the "low-temperature multi-effect distillation system (MED)" is used.
