Scope: This document specifies the basic requirements for the storage of rice in Jianghan Plain, including grain warehouses and facilities and equipment, rice storage and retrieval, grain storage technology, pest control, and grain quality inspection. This document is applicable to grain processing enterprises in 37 counties (cities and districts) within the Jianghan Plain region. Main technical content: 3. Terms and definitions: GB/T 29890, GB/T 21015, GB/T 20569, and T/HBLS 0021 define the following terms and definitions, which are applicable to this document. 3.1 Grain warehouse-specific photovoltaic direct-drive air conditioning: Solar power is generated by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the grain warehouse and supplied directly to the air conditioning equipment for cooling without going through DC-AC conversion or battery storage (referred to as photovoltaic air conditioning). 4. Grain warehouses and facilities equipment 4.1 Requirements for grain warehouse construction: - Should comply with the provisions of GB/T 172. - Basic requirements should meet the relevant provisions of GB/T 29890 section 5.1. - The heat transfer coefficient of the grain warehouse wall should comply with the specific provisions of GB/T 29890 sections 5.1.7 and 5.1.8 regarding grain storage ecological zones. - The structure of flat-roof warehouses should comply with GB 50320, and the airtightness should comply with GB/T 25229. - The structure of reinforced concrete silos should comply with GB 50077. 4.2 Supporting facilities and equipment 4.2.1 Conventional grain warehouse equipment: The warehouse should be equipped with suitable facilities and equipment for drying, cleaning, conveying, metering, ventilation, refrigeration, fumigation, fire protection, sampling, and quality inspection according to the warehouse type.
