Scope
Scope: This document specifies the requirements for the storage and transportation management of Jianghan rice. This document is applicable to the storage and transportation management of Jianghan rice. Main technical content: 3. Terms and definitions: - GB/T 29890 defines the following terms and definitions, which are applicable to this document. - 3.1 Water condensation: The phenomenon of condensed water or localized moisture increase on the inner and outer surfaces of rice packaging due to a temperature difference between the rice temperature and the environmental temperature. - 3.2 Condensation temperature: The temperature at which water condensation begins, referred to as the dew point. - 3.3 Tempering: The process of adjusting the local environmental temperature during rice storage and transportation to reduce and control the temperature difference between the rice and the environment within a certain range. 4. Storage 4.1 Storage facility requirements: Storage facilities and construction should comply with GB/T 29890. It is recommended to set up a tempering room for rice storage and transportation, which should have good sealing, insulation, and ventilation performance. 4.2 Equipment requirements: Equip with equipment for rice storage and transportation, quality inspection, grain condition monitoring, and storage technology applications as needed. Mechanical ventilation equipment should comply with LS/T 1202, and grain condition monitoring systems in accordance with GB/T 26882.1 should be installed in storage warehouses. 4.3 Storage quality requirements: The quality of stored rice should comply with T/HBLS 0021.4, and hygiene indicators should comply with GB 2715. 4.4 Storage and unloading operations 4.4.1 Temperature and humidity requirements: The temperature in the warehouse should be controlled within 25°C, and the humidity should be controlled between 60% and 70%. 4.4.2 Storage process: When the temperature difference between the s
