Scope

本文件描述了使用固定时限法(fixed time frame method,FTFM)对绝缘材料耐热特性、温度指数(TI)和相对温度指数(RTI)进行推导的试验和计算程序。
根据FTFM,老化过程在少数的几个固定时间段内发生,每次均使用适当的老化温度点,在相应时间段结束时,测量试样的性能。该方法与GB/T 11026.1中的规程有所不同,GB/T 11026.1的老化过程在少数几个固定温度下完成,而性能的测量则根据老化的进程在老化时间之后进行。
固定时限法所采用的诊断试验仅适用于破坏性试验,不适用于非破坏性试验和验证试验。
根据FTFM,本文件中从试验数据得到的TI和RTI符合GB/T 11026.1和GB/T 11026.2,并做了修正。其计算规程和统计试验则修改自GB/T 11026.3和GB/T 11026.7中的相应程序。
