GB/T 18442.1-2011 Static vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessel—Part 1:General requirements
Basic Information
Scope
1.1 This part specifies the basic requirements for fixed vacuum-insulated cryogenic pressure vessels (hereinafter referred to as cryogenic vessels).
1.2 This part applies to the following types of cryogenic vessels.
1.2.1 The working pressure is not less than 0.1 MPa (excluding the static pressure of the liquid column), and the product of the working pressure and the geometric volume is not less than 2.5 MPa·L.
1.2.2 The inner container and the outer shell are made of steel.
1.2.3 The insulation method is vacuum insulation, vacuum powder insulation, vacuum fiber insulation, or high vacuum multi-layer insulation for cryogenic vessels.
1.3 This part does not apply to the following types of cryogenic vessels.
1.3.1 Spherical cryogenic vessels.
1.3.2 Piled insulated cryogenic vessels.
1.3.3 Mobile cryogenic vessels.
1.3.4 Cryogenic vessels used to store cryogenic liquids with a standard boiling point lower than -196℃.
1.3.5 Cryogenic vessels with special requirements for military purposes.
