Scope
This part of GB/T 13993 specifies the structural type requirements and applicability, specifications, standard manufacturing length, fiber characteristics, mechanical performance, and environmental performance of indoor optical cables (hereinafter referred to as optical cables).
This part is applicable to indoor optical cables used in integrated wiring systems, but it is not applicable to optical-electrical composite cables containing single or paired metal wires.
