This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, and energy-saving and consumption-reducing guidelines for the unit energy consumption limit of slag powder. This standard applies to the energy consumption calculation and assessment of enterprises producing S95-grade slag powder (hereinafter referred to as "slag powder") in Shanghai, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
