Scope

This document specifies the test conditions for non-linear optical crystal components, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates the requirements for the content of test reports.
This document is applicable to measurement activities of low-temperature phase-polarized barium borate (β-BaB2O4, referred to as BBO), lithium triborate (LiB3O5, referred to as LBO), potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4, referred to as KDP), potassium titanium oxide phosphate (KTiOPO4, referred to as KTP), lithium niobate (LiNbO3, referred to as LN), silver gallium sulfide (AgGaS2, referred to as AGS), and potassium iodate (KIO3). Measurement activities for other non-linear optical crystal components can be used for reference.
