Scope

本文件规定了在环境温度为10 ℃~35 ℃条件下进行试验时,由碳钢或合金钢制造的粗牙螺纹和细牙螺纹螺母的机械和物理性能。
本文件适用的螺母:
a)符合GB/T 192规定的普通螺纹;
b)符合GB/T 193和GB/T 9144规定的直径与螺距组合;
c)粗牙螺纹规格:M5⁓M39,细牙螺纹规格:M8×1⁓M39×3;
d)螺纹公差按GB/T 197、GB/T 9145或GB/T 22028;
e)性能等级04、05、5、6、8、10和12级,包括保证载荷;
f)三种螺母型式(见5.1):标准螺母(1型)、高螺母(2型)和薄螺母(0型);
g)最小外径或对边宽度s≥1.45D;
h)能与符合GB/T 3098.1性能等级的螺栓、螺钉和螺柱匹配使用(见附录B);
i)使用温度范围为-50 ℃~+150 ℃或至+300 ℃。
