Scope
This standard provides guidelines for the aging of adhesives under standard laboratory conditions in various states. This standard is applicable to evaluating the impact of various aging environments (climatic or chemical) on adhesive bonded joints. The results obtained using this standard cannot be used to determine the service life of bonded joints.
