Scope

This part of GB/T 28630 specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures, and result determination required for the histopathological diagnosis of white spot syndrome.
This part is applicable to the diagnosis of diseased shrimp or other susceptible hosts and the diagnosis of hosts suspected of being infected with the disease.
This part is not applicable to the virus detection of samples with latent infections or non-infectious carriers of the virus.
