Scope

This part of GB/T 28630 specifies the reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures, and result determination required for the T-E staining method of fresh tissues of white spot syndrome.
This part is applicable to the rapid diagnosis of diseased and dying shrimp larvae, juvenile shrimp, or adult shrimp in the field or diagnostic laboratories, but it is not suitable for the diagnosis of samples with latent infections or non-infectious carriers of viruses.
