Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for the connection of electrochemical energy storage systems to low-voltage distribution networks, as well as the technical requirements for operation and management, on/off-grid switching, power control, operational adaptability, protection, communication, power quality, and energy metering.
This document is applicable to the operation and control of electrochemical energy storage systems connected to distribution networks with voltages below 10(6) kV.
