Scope

This standard specifies the models, technical requirements, test methods, reinspection, and supply technical conditions of stainless steel flux-cored welding wires and filler wires. This standard applies to stainless steel flux-cored welding wires used in gas shielded metal arc welding and self-shielded arc welding, as well as stainless steel flux-cored filler wires used in tungsten inert gas shielded welding (hereinafter referred to as "welding wires").
