GB 5009.265-2021 The National Standard for Food Safety: Determination of Polynuclear Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Foods

Scope

The first method of this standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in food; the second method specifies the liquid chromatography method for the determination of 15 PAHs in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of 16 PAHs (benzo[c]fluorene, benzo[a]anthracene, dibenzo[c,d]pyrene, indeno[1,2,3-c,d]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene, dibenzo[g,h,i]anthracene, dibenzo[a,l]anthracene, dibenzo[a,i]anthracene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene) in grains and their products, meat and its products, aquatic products and their products, and animal and vegetable oils and their products; it is also applicable to the determination of 4 PAHs (benzo[a]anthracene, indeno[1,2,3-c,d]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene, dibenzo[a,i]anthracene) in infant and toddler formula milk powder and infant and toddler complementary foods.
The second method of this standard is applicable to the determination of 15 PAHs (naphthalene, acenaphthene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene, indeno[1,2,3-c,d]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene, dibenzo[g,h,i]anthracene, dibenzo[a,l]anthracene, dibenzo[a,e]anthracene, dibenzo[a,i]anthracene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene) in grains and their products, meat and its products, aquatic products, vegetables, and animal and vegetable oils.
