本文件规定了工业气瓶(以下简称“气瓶”)充装液化气体的基本条件、充装过程控制、充装系数和充装量、充装记录和充装质量安全追溯信息系统。
本文件适用于高压液化气体气瓶和在气瓶最高使用温度下饱和蒸气压力不小于0.1 MPa(表压)的低压液化气体气瓶的充装。
本文件不适用于车用气瓶、燃气气瓶和消防灭火用气瓶的充装。
