GB/T 43253.4-2023 Road vehicles—Functional safety audit and assessment method—Part 4:Hardware level

Scope

This document specifies the functional safety-related activities and work results at the hardware level for safety-related electrical/electronic (E/E) systems, and the requirements and methods for conducting functional safety audits and assessments to check and determine the compliance of the development process and work results with functional safety requirements.
This document applies to safety-related systems installed in mass-produced road vehicles except for light motorcycles that include one or more electrical/electronic (E/E) systems.
This document does not apply to specific electrical/electronic (E/E) systems in special-purpose vehicles, such as vehicle systems designed for disabled drivers.
