This document specifies the general process, implementation methods, and requirements for functional safety audits and assessments. This document is applicable to safety-related systems that include one or more electrical/electronic (E/E) systems, developed in accordance with GB/T 34590.1~34590.12-2022, and installed in mass-produced road vehicles except for light motorcycles. This document is not applicable to specific electrical/electronic (E/E) systems on special-purpose vehicles, such as vehicle systems designed for disabled drivers.
