Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of polypropylene hollow filament yarn (hereinafter referred to as polypropylene BCF).
This standard is applicable to the quality inspection and acceptance of polypropylene BCF with a linear density of 800 dtex to 3,800 dtex and a cross-sectional shape of three-leaf and triangular, glossy, matte, uncolored, and colored. Other cross-sectional shapes of polypropylene BCF can also be used for reference.
