Scope
This document specifies the requirements for dried abalone, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This document is applicable to dried products made from fresh or frozen abalone (Haliotis Spp.) as raw materials, which are processed through such steps as shell removal, viscera removal, boiling, drying, and shaping.
