Scope
This document specifies the evaluation grades and procedures for the energy efficiency of lighting systems.
This document is applicable to the energy efficiency evaluation of lighting systems in stable operation, such as urban roads, highway tunnels, public buildings, and outdoor work sites. The energy efficiency evaluation of other lighting systems can be implemented with reference to this document.
This document is not applicable to the acceptance evaluation of lighting systems.
