Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, user manuals, and warranty for permanent magnet disc-type coreless generators used in wind turbines. This standard applies to permanent magnet disc-type coreless generators (hereinafter referred to as generators) used in wind turbines with power ranging from 0.3 kW to 100 kW. The type of the generator is a three-phase AC synchronous generator.
