本文件规定了金属材料旋转弯曲疲劳试验方法的原理、试样的形状和尺寸、试样制备、试验设备的准确度、加热装置和温度测量装置、试验程序、试验报告、试验结果的表述和测量不确定度。
本文件适用于金属材料在室温或高温空气中试样旋转弯曲的条件下进行的疲劳试验,其他环境(如腐蚀)下的旋转弯曲疲劳试验参照本文件执行。
本文件不包括缺口试样的疲劳试验,因为缺口试样的形状和尺寸尚未标准化。然而,本文件中描述的疲劳试验程序也能应用于缺口试样的疲劳试验。
