Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the safety management organization and personnel configuration, safe operation and energy-saving management, regular inspections, accident reporting and investigation and handling, emergency plans and drills, and use registration and changes of power generation boilers used by units in Shanghai City.
This standard applies to power generation (cogeneration, waste heat power generation, biomass power generation, etc.) boiler users within the boundaries of Shanghai City (hereinafter referred to as "users"), and can also be used by the special equipment safety supervision and management departments of Shanghai City for safety supervision and energy-saving inspections of users.
