Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and foundation requirements for synthetic material sports flooring (hereinafter referred to as the flooring).
This standard applies to outdoor sports flooring for track and field, ball games, and multi-functional sports venues made of synthetic materials.
This standard does not apply to venues where climbing and sitting/lying are required.
