Scope

This part of GB/T 37414 specifies the technical requirements and testing (experimental) methods for the manufacture of AC servo motors in industrial robot electrical equipment and systems, including manufacturing quality, motor performance and safety, accompanying documents, packaging and transportation and storage, test conditions and inspection rules, quality assurance period, and user services.
This part applies to AC servo motors for industrial robots (referred to as motors). AC servo motors for other similar applications can refer to this part.
Note: The AC servo motors referred to in this part are AC synchronous servo motors, and AC asynchronous servo motors are not involved. The requirements for AC asynchronous servo motors are specified by dedicated technical standards.
