GB/T 38853-2020 Performance requirements of monitoring and measuring systems used for data collection and analysis
GB/T 38853-2020 Performance requirements of monitoring and measuring systems used for data collection and analysis
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the performance requirements for monitoring and measurement systems used for data collection and analysis in the distribution systems of industrial, commercial, and similar buildings.
Note: These systems are embedded or can be connected to software applications that can aggregate data and provide automatic analysis. Automatic analysis may include the calculation of energy benchmarks or energy performance indicators required by GB/T 23331-2012, or it may be used during energy audits specified by ISO 50002, or it may be used to monitor devices that comply with the requirements of IEC 60364-8-1:2019. These devices can also be used to certify compliance with labels such as LEED, BREEAM, and HQE.
This standard applies to:
——Input/Output Data Concentrators (IODCs);
——Data Gateways (DGWs);
——Energy Data Loggers (EDLs);
——Energy Servers (ESEs).
This standard does not apply to:
——Equipment used solely in consumer markets (residential communities) or households;
——Equipment used in smart metering infrastructure (such as smart electricity meters);
——Equipment used in smart grid infrastructure;
——Equipment used as IT servers in the information technology field;
——Power measurement and monitoring devices: performance measurement and monitoring devices with additional functions (such as energy data logger functions);
——Input/Output Data Concentrators already covered by related product standards;
——Communication protocols and interoperability;
——Power Quality Testers (PQIs);
——Software used for power supply-side power quality data collection and analysis.
