Scope
This standard specifies the ordering content, classification and designation, dimensions, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of low-temperature-resistant iron-nickel-cobalt base constant expansion alloys. This standard applies to the space optoelectronics field, the semiconductor industry, and other harsh low-temperature application environments, and is suitable for iron-nickel-cobalt base constant expansion alloys (4J329D) in the form of rods, flats, foils, strips, wires, and tubes (hereinafter referred to as alloy materials) that are used to match or seal with semiconductors, hard glass, and other materials.
