GB/T 21411.2-2009 Downhole equipment for petroleum and natural gas industries—Progressing cavity pump systems for artificial lift—Part 2:Surface-drive systems
Basic Information
Scope
This part sets out requirements for the design, design verification, and effectiveness of ground-driven screw pumps used in the oil and gas industry, as well as their manufacturing and data control, performance evaluation, and maintenance. This part applies to products that meet the definition of ground-driven devices. At the same time, the appendix provides information on the selection and installation of brake systems, the operation of pumping rods, and the selection and use of pumping rods.
In addition to the overall design, this part does not cover the following equipment: bottom-driven systems, pumping rods, rod string clutches, sealing boxes, electronic control equipment, instrumentation, external power conversion equipment, and auxiliary equipment (such as belts, pulleys, and equipment shields). The content of these devices may be covered in other standards.
