Scope
本文件描述了均匀金属材料在承受准静态加载时关于K、δ和J的断裂韧度和阻力曲线的试验方法。试样包含缺口,采用疲劳的方法预制裂纹,在缓慢增加位移量的条件下开展试验。断裂韧度由独立试样在延性裂纹扩展、延性裂纹扩展失稳或发生非稳定裂纹扩展时或之后的状态确定。当裂纹扩展表现为延性撕裂条件下的稳定扩展时,能测定断裂韧度与裂纹扩展量关系的阻力曲线。对某些铁素体材料进行试验时,可能发生解理导致的非稳定裂纹扩展或延性裂纹的萌生和扩展被解理扩展打断。裂纹拘束条件不在本文件讨论范围内。GB/T 28896补充了对焊接材料的特殊试验要求和数据处理程序。
注:试验结果的统计差异与断裂类型有关。如,由铁素体钢解理断裂得到的断裂韧度值会波动。对于需要高可靠性的情况,在参考文献[4]中给出了延性-脆性转变区域定量表征断裂韧度值波动的处理方法。本文件不对此情况下的试验数量和试验结果的应用和理解做进一步说明。
