Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements and inspection rules for planetary mixers equipped with bowl-shaped material buckets (hereinafter referred to as "material buckets"), defines relevant terms and definitions, describes the structural classification, measures verification, and related hazards in different areas, and provides usage information. This document applies to planetary mixers used in food stores for processing various food materials, with a material bucket capacity of ≥5 L and ≤200 L. Food materials include cocoa powder, flour, sugar, oils and fats, minced meat, eggs, and other materials. Mixers used in other industrial fields such as the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, and printing industry may refer to this document. This document does not apply to: -- auxiliary accessories of planetary mixers; -- continuous feeders; -- vertical kneaders (GB/T 22748); -- stir-type mixers without parallel shafts; -- equipment in the experimental stage being developed by manufacturers; -- household appliances.
