Scope
This document stipulates the evaluation requirements for technical evaluation, safety evaluation, environmental impact evaluation, benefit evaluation, and post-evaluation conclusions of electrochemical energy storage power stations, as well as requirements for evaluation materials and evaluation methods. This document is applicable to the post-evaluation of electrochemical energy storage power stations that are grid-connected at a voltage level of more than 10 kV and use lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid/lead-carbon batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and hydrogen production by water electrolysis/fuel cells as energy storage carriers.
