This document specifies the requirements for the use of tasting cups in wine sensory evaluation, including general requirements, size requirements, appearance requirements, cleaning requirements, marking requirements, operating requirements, and other requirements.
This document is applicable to the use of tasting cups in sensory evaluation of all types of wine (including differential testing, quality grade evaluation, descriptive analysis, etc.), as well as in the sensory evaluation of all sensory characteristics of wine (including appearance, aroma, taste, etc.). The use of tasting cups in the sensory evaluation of other fruit wines can also be referenced.
