GH/T 1444-2023 Code of practice for processing of quick frozen Capsella bursa-pastoris
This document establishes the procedures for the processing of quick-frozen water spinach, specifies the operating instructions for the stages of initial screening, washing, blanching, cooling, sorting, and quick-freezing, as well as the transition conditions between these stages, and describes the process records. At the same time, it stipulates requirements for raw materials, production environment and hygiene, packaging, labeling, metal detection, and storage.
This document is applicable to the processing of quick-frozen water spinach.
