JJF 1261.14-2014 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency Label of High-pressure Sodium Vapour Lamps

This regulation stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement and inspection procedures, measurement and inspection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement and inspection results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency labeling of ordinary high-pressure sodium lamps (hereinafter referred to as high-pressure sodium lamps).
This regulation applies to the measurement and supervision of energy efficiency labeling for ordinary high-pressure sodium lamps used for indoor and outdoor lighting, with transparent glass bulbs and rated powers of 50 W, 70 W, 100 W, 150 W, 250 W, 400 W, and 1,000 W. Commissioned inspections can refer to this regulation for guidance. Units that produce and sell high-pressure sodium lamps can also conduct inspections in accordance with this regulation.
The high-pressure sodium lamps subject to inspection should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or goods imported and sold by the seller.

JJF 1261.15-2014 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency Label of Household Refrigerators

This regulation stipulates the metrological requirements, metrological inspection procedures, metrological inspection methods, evaluation criteria for metrological inspection results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency labeling of electrically driven compressor refrigerators used in households (including refrigerators with a capacity of more than 500 liters).
This regulation applies to the metrological supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labeling for refrigerators. Commissioned inspections can refer to this regulation for guidance. Units that produce and sell refrigerators can also conduct inspections in accordance with this regulation.
This regulation does not apply to embedded refrigerators, refrigerators used for transparent door display, or other special-purpose refrigerator products.
The refrigerators subject to inspection should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, or goods imported and sold by sellers.

This regulation stipulates the energy efficiency labeling measurement requirements, measurement and inspection procedures, measurement and inspection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement and inspection results, and inspection reports for household solar water heating systems with a storage tank volume of less than 0.6 m3.
This regulation applies to the energy efficiency labeling and measurement supervision and inspection of household solar water heating systems with a storage tank volume of less than 0.6 m3. For commissioned inspections, this regulation can be referenced. Units that produce and sell household solar water heating systems can also conduct inspections in accordance with this regulation.
The household solar water heating systems subject to inspection should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by the seller.

JJF 1261.9-2013 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency Label of Domestic Gas Instantaneous Water Heater and Gas Fired Heating and Hot Water Combi-boilers

This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement inspection procedures, measurement inspection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement inspection results, and inspection reports for the energy efficiency labeling of household gas instantaneous water heaters (including condensing water heaters) with a heat load not exceeding 70 kW (hereinafter referred to as "gas water heaters") and gas heating water heaters (hereinafter referred to as "gas heating boilers").
This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labeling for gas water heaters and gas heating boilers. Units entrusting inspection can refer to this rule for reference. Units producing and selling gas water heaters and gas heating boilers can also conduct inspections in accordance with this rule.
This rule does not apply to gas volume water heaters.
The gas water heaters and gas heating boilers accepted for inspection shall be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.

JJF 1261.7-2013 Rules of Metrology Testing for Energy Efficiency Label of Flat Panel Televisions

This regulation stipulates the energy efficiency labeling measurement requirements, measurement and detection procedures, measurement and detection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement and detection results, and detection reports for ordinary-use LCD and plasma televisions (hereinafter referred to as "flat-panel televisions") that operate normally under grid voltage, including LCD or plasma TV display devices without tuners whose main function is television.
This regulation applies to the supervision and detection of energy efficiency labeling for flat-panel televisions. Commissioned testing can refer to this regulation. Units that produce and sell flat-panel televisions can also conduct testing in accordance with this regulation.
The flat-panel televisions subject to testing should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.

This regulation stipulates the measurement requirements for energy efficiency labels of household electric washing machines (hereinafter referred to as "washing machines"), measurement and inspection procedures, measurement and inspection methods, evaluation criteria for measurement and inspection results, and inspection reports, etc.
This regulation applies to washing machines with a rated washing capacity of more than 10 kg and less than or equal to 13 kg, excluding single-tub washing machines without a spin-drying function.
This regulation applies to the supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labels for washing machines. For commissioned inspections, this regulation can be referred to. Units that produce and sell washing machines can also conduct inspections in accordance with this regulation.
The washing machines subject to inspection shall be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or goods imported and sold by sellers.
