HJ 8.5-2023 Eco-environmental Archives Management Standards for Environmental Instruments and Equipment
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the entire process of managing archives of ecological environmental instruments and equipment, including their formation and accumulation, organization, filing, and archival management, development, and utilization during the application and procurement, unboxing and acceptance, installation and commissioning, use (operation), maintenance, modification, transfer, and decommissioning processes. This standard applies to the archives management of ecological environmental instruments and equipment in ecological environmental authorities at all levels and their affiliated units (hereinafter referred to as ecological environmental departments). The archives management of ecological environmental instruments and equipment in other departments and units may refer to this standard for implementation.
