NY/T 595-2002 Indica type cooking rice
This standard specifies the relevant definitions, classifications, requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for edible indica rice, as well as the requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to the inspection, evaluation, and identification of edible indica rice in the production, processing, storage and transportation, purchase and sale, import and export, and scientific research processes.
This standard does not apply to indica rice used as raw materials in industries such as food and brewing.
