Scope

1.1 本文件规定了铝合金内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶(以下简称“气瓶”)的术语和定义、符号、型式、参数、分类和型号、技术要求、试验方法和合格指标、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、储存及产品合格证和批量检验质量证明书。
1.2 本文件适用于设计制造下列使用工况下的可重复充装的气瓶:
a) 使用环境温度-40 ℃~65 ℃;
b) 公称工作压力不大于30 MPa;
c) 公称容积不大于450 L;
d) 盛装与铝合金内胆(以下简称“内胆”)材料具有相容性的天然气、氧气、空气、氮气、氩气、氦气、氖气、氪气等压缩气体和二氧化碳液化气体。
1.3 本文件不适用于车用气瓶。
