Scope
This part of GB 18173 specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of waterproofing strips made of polymers.
This part is applicable to rubber waterproofing strips that are fully or partially cast into concrete or externally attached to the surface of concrete, water-swellable rubber composite waterproofing strips, rubber waterproofing strips with steel edges, and rubber composite waterproofing strips for joint seals in immersed tube tunnels (hereinafter referred to as waterproofing strips).
