Scope
This part of GB/T 31489 specifies the usage characteristics, product naming, technical requirements, accessory marking, accessory testing, acceptance rules, packaging, transportation, and storage of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables used in DC transmission with a rated voltage of 500 kV and below.
This part is applicable to the terminals and joints of cross-linked polyethylene insulated DC land cables and DC submarine cables used in DC transmission with a rated voltage of 500 kV and below.
