Scope

This standard specifies the processing facility conditions, processing technology requirements, product requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, storage, and transportation for small-packaged frozen aquatic products processing enterprises.
This standard applies to small-packaged frozen aquatic products made from raw materials such as fish, cephalopods, shrimp, crabs, and shellfish, which are processed through such processes as sorting or removing inedible parts, slicing or cutting, cleaning (rinsing), weighing, freezing, and packaging.
